Clients most often come to therapy when they are stagnated in their lives and their adjustments no longer support their relational (and individual) needs.
In therapy we explore how new ways of adjusting could be more creative towards healing and growth and increased vitality in life.
Integrative approach
Gestalt therapy is a holistic psychotherapy that focuses on both body and mind, sensations and emotions.
We also draw on psychological and philosophical perspectives that support the process when these supplements are useful.
